No, you can start a 7-day free trial without a credit card. Use the full Starter feature set, process up to 20 questionnaires, and decide if Replex fits your workflow before paying anything.
A questionnaire is one uploaded security questionnaire, vendor assessment, RFP, RFI, or similar customer request that Replex processes. Each file you upload and process counts as one questionnaire.
Yes. Early teams can run a pilot on one real questionnaire before committing to a subscription. We'll help you set up your initial knowledge base and show you how many answers Replex can recover or draft. Email pilot@replex.online to schedule.
Provider selection and custom AI routing are available on Enterprise or by request. Replex is designed to keep the approved knowledge base as the source of truth — the AI fills gaps, it doesn't replace your verified answers.
No. Replex does not train AI models on customer content. Your knowledge base, uploaded questionnaires, and generated answers remain yours.
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime from your billing settings. Your subscription runs until the end of the current period. Export your data before it ends — no retention games.
Upgrade anytime and we prorate the difference. Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No penalties, no lock-in.
